Judging and Assessment
To enter the EBBO 2010 and have buns judged send your best buns in the courier box provided in the Point of Sale packs to either the South Island or North Island judging centres to arrive fresh for judging before noon on Thursday March 11th.
North Island bakeries send entry to:
Goodman Fielder Training Centre (at rear)
Corner Springs and East Tamaki Roads
East Tamaki,
Manukau.
South Island bakeries send entries to:
Champion Flourmills (Reception)
38 Moorehouse Ave
Christchurch.
To be eligible for judging you need to use at least 3 Champion Brand ingredients in your buns, one of which needs to be Champion Hot Cross Bun Mix, or any Champion Flour. Please view the qualifying ingredients range here.
