Judging and Assessment

To enter the EBBO and have your buns judged; Courier your best buns, fresh as can be in the courier box provided to either the South Island or North Island judging centres.

South Island stores present your best buns on or before noon,
Wednesday March 30 to:

North Island stores present your best buns on or before noon,
Thursday March 31 to:

2/8 Nelson St,
Auckland 1010.

Champion head baker, Mike Turlej will head judging at both venues to help maximise consistency across New Zealand.

To be eligible for judging you need to use at least 3 Champion Brand ingredients in your buns. Please view the qualifying ingredients range here.
